I’ve spent over 15 years walking with people on their journeys of transformation, awakening, and becoming — sometimes through movement and meditation, sometimes through unraveling painful patterns and aspects of identity, and sometimes through deep stillness and restoration. My work has taken me into yoga studios and boardrooms; addiction recovery treatment programs and international luxury wellness retreats; community circles and dying family members’ bedsides.

But my true north has always been to support people in reconnecting with what’s real inside.

For the past five years — and full-time for the last three — I’ve been immersed in the study and practice of Inner Space Techniques (IST), the Clairvision School’s consciousness-based approach to regression and transformation, developed by Dr. Samuel Sagan. This work invites us inward: into the spaces beneath thought and story, where memories, depth of feeling, and unspoken knowing lives.

In IST sessions, we slow down. We listen and perceive inward. We move toward the source of things. And we follow what arises — memories, emotions and feelings, flickers of knowing — and allow what’s ready to release to unwind.

At its heart, my work is an invitation to pause at the threshold between what’s been and what’s possible. To feel and occupy the present, illuminated by the light of your eternal, spiritual Presence. To see and utilize the circumstances of life as exactly what you need in order to uncover, rediscover, and reclaim the gold inside.
